The Cisco GEMSS is a modernized support contract expanding the United States Marine Corps access to technical services, support, and enables consumption of unlimited software and licenses for Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies.

- SmartNet Total Care (SNTC)
- Software Support Services (SWSS) for legacy software not covered under Program EAs
- Customer Success Delivery – Onboarding with Custom Roadmaps, Accelerator Sessions, Labs, Ask the Expert and more
- Advance Service Delivery – Support implementation, delivery, and management including onsite resources, High Tough Technical Services (HTTS), and High Touch Operational Managers (HOTM)
